Capacity increase with adiabatic cooling
Adiabatic pre-cooling that raises the capacity of condensers and dry coolers on hot days.
About this design
On hot days a condenser or dry cooler loses capacity because the air entering its coil is too warm. Wetting the inlet air lowers its temperature before it reaches the coil, so the same unit rejects more heat.
Four systems are available and appear as a suffix in the model code: -M (wetted plastic mesh), -A (wetted cellulose pads), -S (water spray) and -AS (pads and spray combined). Each unit is designed for its site: the local climate, the water supply and its treatment, the installation space and the balance between energy and water use.
Albassem BRI supplies Karyer special designs in Egypt: our engineers size each unit with you for your site and conditions.
